Our Founder

The moment that started it all.

Throughout her leadership journey, our founder Dominique noticed something that would not let go: many talented professionals were being taught how to manage people — but never how to lead themselves. She watched capable leaders struggle with burnout, confidence, emotional intelligence, and work-life balance despite having every skill on paper.

And when she went looking for a place that addressed all of it — leadership development, emotional intelligence, wellness, accountability, and personal growth in one cohesive experience — she couldn't find one. Leadership, she believed, is more than achieving results. It is about developing the person behind the title.

So she built it. Elite Goals Leadership Institute exists to help leaders grow from the inside out.

Dominique has spent her career leading people, developing teams, and helping individuals recognize their full potential. Her passion is helping leaders build confidence, clarity, emotional intelligence, discipline, and sustainable success — while creating healthier workplaces and communities.
